The Identity Coach was founded by principal consultant, Sue Brown.
After 15 years working in marketing & PR for global IT organisations, Sue has spent the last 13 years in various self-employed roles as a freelance writer, image consultant, trainer and coach.
A perpetual student, Sue eats books and is addicted to learning. In addition to one-to-one coaching, Sue designs and delivers workshops and presentations to coaches, managers and their teams. She also writes articles for newsletters, websites and audio CDs.
Sue's focus is on helping clients to think more creatively, communicate their unique identity (on paper and in person) and manage the process of change and transition.
Sue originally studied German BA (Hons) at Durham University and as a mature student, gained a degree in Psychology BSc (Hons) from the Open University and a postgraduate certificate in Business & Personal Coaching, accredited by Chester University. She studied Creativity & Innovation with the OU as part of their MBA programme, and has recently completed an MSc in Managerial Psychology at Manchester Business School, with Level A and Level B accreditation in psychometric testing. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and its Special Group for Coaching Psychologists, and is an associate member of the Association for Coaching. Sue is also a qualified image consultant (CMB).
Sue works with a small team of associates to provide additional expertise as required.
